Bring your team to the BCLA Clinical Conference & Exhibition 2025 and take advantage of a group discount of up to 30%!

Here's how it works:

  • Group bookings are available for five or more delegates and must be completed by a single main registration contact.
  • Only Full Delegate Packages can be purchased as part of a group booking, with a fixed fee of £720 + VAT per person, regardless of membership type.
  • Group Discount Breakdown:
    - Small Group (5-9 delegates): 25% discount
    - Large Group (10+ delegates): 30% discount

    Important Notes:
    - No other offers (including early bird or membership discounts) can be combined with the group discount.
    - All individuals in the group must register for the Full Delegate Package. If someone wants to book a different package or optional extras (e.g., workshops or ticketed social events), they should complete a separate registration.
    - Bookings of less than 5 delegates are not eligible for the group discount and should register individually online.
